Celebrate Freedom at the Idyllwild Rotary Club’s Annual 4th of July Parade!

The Rotary Club of Idyllwild is absolutely thrilled to invite our wonderful neighbors and visiting friends to the Idyllwild Rotary Club’s 60th Annual 4th of July Parade. This year is extra special as we come together to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States!

Experience our local charm as the streets come alive with creative floats and lively marching bands. We are also deeply grateful to feature the everyday heroes who keep us safe, including our dedicated Fire Department, Sheriff’s Department, and Mountain 

• Date: Saturday, July 4th, 2026
• Parade Start: 10:00 a.m.
• Parade End: Noon
• Route: Starting at Four Corners in Fern Valley, traveling down North Circle Drive, and finishing at Idyllwild Park.
• Line-Up Time & Location: All entries gather at Four Corners at 8:00 a.m.

Friendly Reminder: Road closures will be in effect from 9:00 a.m. to noon along the parade route. Please plan ahead and thank you for your patience as we celebrate together!

This year’s parade promises excitement and fun for all ages, with over 40 parade entries showcasing the best of Idyllwild’s vibrant community. Get ready for a spectacular display featuring:

• Creative Floats celebrating local organizations and patriotic pride.
• Lively Marching Bands filling the air with music and energy.
• Dedicated Community Service Groups like the Fire Department, Sheriff’s Department, and Mountain Rescue, showing their commitment to keeping Idyllwild safe and strong.

And don’t miss this year’s Grand Marshals – TBA

These esteemed community members have been chosen to lead the festivities in honor of their contributions to our town. Be sure to line the streets of North Circle Drive early to grab a good spot and enjoy the excitement!

To ensure everyone’s safety, North Circle Drive and surrounding streets will be closed to traffic from 9:00 a.m. until noon during the parade. We kindly ask residents and visitors to plan their travel accordingly. Patience and community spirit will help make this shared celebration a joyful success for all.
